Community Manager
Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the community and must pose an exceptional work ethic and handle all business transactions with integrity and honesty.
Must be able to represent the Guardstone Properties and community professionally through behavior and appearance.
Leasing Consultant
Exceptional customer service and computer skills are required.
Superstar must be goal oriented. Expectation is to maintain high level of resident satisfaction along with resident retention and occupancy within the Guardstone Community.
Assistant Manager
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service and ability to get along with diverse personalities.
Lead Maintenance Technician
Maintains efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.
Be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies.
Make-Ready Technician
Must be able to use critical thinking when identifying a problem or issue and develop a solution.
Meticulous attention to detail and thinking outside the box is a plus.
Porter
Experience in pool maintenance, community upkeep and general maintenance in the multi-family or similar industry is preferred.
Candidate must be self motivated and reliable.
