Leasing Consultant

• Exceptional customer service and computer skills are required.

• Superstar must be goal oriented. Expectation is to maintain high level of resident satisfaction along with resident retention and occupancy within the Guardstone Community.

Assistant Manager

• Excellent communication skills are a must.

• Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service and ability to get along with diverse personalities.

Lead Maintenance Technician

• Maintains efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.

• Be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies.

Make-Ready Technician

• Must be able to use critical thinking when identifying a problem or issue and develop a solution.

• Meticulous attention to detail and thinking outside the box is a plus.

Porter

• Experience in pool maintenance, community upkeep and general maintenance in the multi-family or similar industry is preferred.

• Candidate must be self motivated and reliable.
